“Sound reveals where words dissolve.” Inspired by Hazrat Inayat Khan, this three-day immersive retreat invites you to step out of the familiar and into a spacious field of stillness, resonance, and deep listening. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound, you’ll be guided to slow down, soften the body, and open to expanded states of awareness.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to support both energy and restoration. You can expect flowing vinyasa to awaken vitality, restorative practices to soothe the nervous system, and immersive sound experiences that quiet the mind and attune the body to subtle frequencies. Yogic sound meditation and expansive Deep Space sound baths use vibration as a pathway for release, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner vastness.

This retreat also honors balance. Alongside guided sessions, there will be open time to wander forest trails, enjoy the spa, rest, read, or simply take in the surrounding mountains. Nature, silence, and community come together to create a nurturing setting for genuine renewal. Rooted in warmth, ease, and curiosity, the experience is designed to support physical restoration, emotional balance, and mental spaciousness—without pressure or striving.
