About This Experience

The Freedom Retreat is an immersive weekend designed to help you release the patterns, beliefs, and limits that no longer support your highest good. Over three transformative days, you’ll connect with the mountain’s energy to move through inner blocks and open to change.

This retreat weaves together breathwork, meditation, sacred site visits, and ceremonial practices to support deep and rapid transformation. It’s ideal for anyone feeling stuck, longing for a breakthrough, or ready to begin a new chapter.

We’ll be staying at Swiss Holiday Lodge. I believe you’ll enjoy it there. The Lodge features sensational mountain views, comfortable rooms, continental breakfast, a lovely outdoor area, plus a jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Draft Itinerary

This is a draft itinerary. We always like to have the freedom to adjust the schedule to best serve the needs of the group.

Day 1: Releasing the Past

Opening meditation and intention circle, followed by gentle yoga. Journey to Fairy Falls for a powerful Hawaiian cleansing ritual with personal meditation. Then continue to Castle Lake for deep healing work and a refreshing swim. Evening free time.

Day 2: Coming Home to the Present

Morning circle, sharing, and yoga. Visit The Headwaters for pure mountain water rituals. Drive up Mount Shasta to Ascension Rock for I AM meditation. Hike to Anamar's Garden—a cave portal into Inner Earth. Visit Temple of Love and close at Altar of God.

Day 3: Receiving Vision & Clarity for the Future

Morning meditation, circle, and yoga. Hike to St. Germain Ring for I AM energy and Violet Flame work. At Sand Flat, learn how to access inner guidance and receive your vision quest. Integration process with clear next steps. Complete at 4pm for departure.
