Together, we will explore what has been weighing on you and what helps you feel more grounded and supported. The intention is not only to shift how you feel during the retreat, but to give you something meaningful to carry into daily life.

Through yoga, breathwork, personal growth sessions, and shared experiences, you will be guided back toward your true self while also forming genuine connections with others.

What makes this retreat special

This retreat creates space to slow down and be fully present. It offers time away from constant input, screens, and schedules, allowing you to reconnect with your body, nature, and yourself.

Sayulita naturally supports this rhythm. Everything is walkable, including the beach, cafes, studios, and town, making it easier to move slowly and let each day unfold without rush.

You are invited to take part fully, but also to rest, step back, or follow your own pace. There is no pressure to do everything.

Food, free evenings, and nature

Each day begins with breakfast together. For lunch and dinner, Sayulita offers a wide variety of local restaurants within walking distance. You are welcome to explore independently or join others for spontaneous meals. There is no fixed plan, and that flexibility is part of the experience.

There will also be time to enjoy nature throughout the week, with optional beach time, jungle walks, surfing, and gentle hikes. You may feel drawn to movement and exploration, or you may choose to spend an afternoon resting by the ocean.

Day 1 Saturday
Arrival day: settle in, relax, enjoy fresh juices, and take a dip in the pool. Evening yoga class with guided meditation and pranayama, followed by an opening circle.

Day 2 Sunday
Breakfast at the hotel, acro yoga, personal growth, and sunset yoga with guided meditation and pranayama.

Day 3 Monday
Sunrise beach yoga with guided meditation and pranayama, breakfast, personal growth, jungle walk, and a sunset breathwork session.

Day 4 Tuesday
Morning yoga class with guided meditation and pranayama, breakfast, personal growth, aerial yoga, and temazcal.

Day 5 Wednesday
Sunrise yoga with guided meditation and pranayama, breakfast, personal growth, San Pancho Coastal Day, sunset yoga and breathwork, and a bonfire beach night.

Day 6 Thursday
Sunrise yoga with guided meditation and pranayama, breakfast, guided meditation, closing circle, and check-out.

Sayulita

Sayulita is a small beach town on Mexico’s Pacific coast where life naturally slows down. Mornings begin with ocean air and light moving through the palms. Barefoot walks, surfboards under arms, and dogs wandering between cafes and colorful streets are part of the everyday rhythm.

There is an ease to this place. The days are unhurried, time feels spacious, and the sound of the ocean is never far away. Surrounded by green hills and jungle, with the sea close at hand, Sayulita offers a grounding yet playful atmosphere that makes it easier to relax, be present, and listen inwardly again.
