Each energizing morning session focuses on building strength while guiding you step by step into more challenging, acrobatic flows. In the balancing evening sessions, you’ll slow down with deep stretching and restorative relaxation, creating space for body and mind to come back into harmony.

WHO IT’S FOR:

This course is intended for experienced Aerial Yogis as well as confident beginners with a solid foundation. We recommend at least 5 to 10 hours of prior experience in a hip-height hammock so you feel secure working with the equipment. A good level of overall fitness and strong Aerial Yoga knowledge are required to fully benefit from this transformative experience.

We warmly welcome complete beginners as well as experienced aerial yogis. For safety, however, we recommend that you have already spent time in a hip-height fabric and feel comfortable using it. If that applies to you, you are ready to make the most of this retreat and explore your full potential.
