Cacao & Movement

This experiential CACAO & MOVEMENT event offers a beautiful blend of deep relaxation and body awareness. Led by Ellariina and Sara-Sofia, the session invites participants into a gentle journey where ceremonial cacao and mindfulness meet soft, intuitive movement. It is designed for anyone seeking a calm space to listen inwardly and release built-up tension.

Spend your evening moving in rhythm with your own body. The uplifting cacao moment helps ease stress, while light movement supports the breath and softens the muscles. This is a chance to switch off your phone, close your eyes for a while, and sink into a sense of whole-body harmony. The event is especially suitable for those looking to bring mindfulness practices into everyday life or find inspiration for a new wellness journey.

Mark your calendar and give yourself the gift of peace. CACAO & MOVEMENT is a reminder that wellness can be found in simple moments, when attention is fully present.
