Ainhoa draws inspiration from the mountains and wide-open spaces. Through yoga, hiking, and time spent reconnecting with nature, she shares a simple, gentle way of living that is deeply rooted outdoors. Curious and sensitive, she loves filling her life with meaningful experiences, creating imagery that reflects nature, and offering a slow, intentional approach to life that invites others to pause and reconnect with what truly matters.
Laëtitia, founder of Mindful Moments, offers soft and immersive flows through movement and deep relaxation. Yin yoga is her way of expressing herself in space, creating room to feel more connected and grounded. Passionate about music and trained in sound healing, she will guide you toward another world of spaciousness and inner expansion. Her flows invite you into a journey through a magical environment, encouraging you to slow down, return to the present moment, and root yourself in conscious awareness.
Day 1: Arrival and check-in from 2:00 PM. Free time to settle in, followed by welcome tea. Opening circle. Gentle yoga to release travel fatigue and guided meditation focused on grounding and breath. Healthy local dinner.
Day 2: Light snack with herbal teas, fruit, and energy balls. Dynamic yoga for an energizing flow. Workshop: packing your bag – safety & weather essentials. Brunch. Guided hike. Dinner. Yin yoga for an inward journey.
Day 3: Light snack with herbal teas, fruit, and energy balls. Writing workshop with introspective journaling. Yoga focused on balance and breath. Brunch. Workshop on map reading and mountain orientation. Departure for the hike to Lac Blanc. Dinner.
Day 4: Light snack with herbal teas, fruit, and energy balls. Pranayama and yoga for activation and centering. Brunch. Free time. Optional spa time with sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi at QC Terme, or an optional visit to a mountain farm. Farewell dinner. Closing circle.
Day 5: Breakfast. Check-out at 11:00 AM and hugs.
Who is this retreat for? This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis and hikers. Each session is adapted to the pace and abilities of every participant. The main intention is to come ready to recharge, move mindfully, and share a beautiful human experience.
How do I get there? The arrival station is Chamonix. We will help organize your transfer to the retreat venue.
How do I book my spot? 1/ Click the retreat link to reserve your place: your bank card will be requested as a guarantee, but nothing will be charged at this stage. 2/ Once the retreat is confirmed, our travel agency Vawanda will send you an email to complete payment by bank transfer. Payment in two installments is possible. 3/ The remaining balance must be paid later.
