This retreat includes guided meditation and mindfulness sessions designed to support mental clarity and ease stress.

Morning Pages

Morning Pages is a daily writing practice that helps clear mental clutter, encourages creativity, and strengthens self-awareness. Putting thoughts on paper each morning can support problem-solving, reduce stress, and bring greater clarity and emotional balance.

Breathwork Pranayama

Breathwork and pranayama deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit through intentional breathing. These practices encourage relaxation, support emotional balance, improve oxygen flow, and help cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness.

Body

HIIT and Circuit Training

These dynamic classes combine high-intensity interval training with functional movement to build strength, improve endurance, and boost cardiovascular fitness while maximizing calorie burn.

Pilates

Pilates supports core strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture through controlled, precise movements. It also helps improve muscle endurance and supports injury prevention.

Vinyasa Flow

This flowing practice enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting better posture and overall physical wellness through coordinated breath and movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deeply into connective tissues, increasing flexibility, easing tension, and supporting relaxation and recovery through long-held, passive poses.

Dance Class

Adventures to Local Highlights

Exploring local highlights brings a sense of wonder and connection to place. During the retreat, you’ll visit the Tulum Ruins, a refreshing cenote, and enjoy a jungle walk to a beautiful mangrove.

This grounding ritual uses ancient Mayan clay for a purifying and refreshing experience. It encourages relaxation, inner peace, and spiritual renewal through a close connection with natural elements.
