Join us at Amansala in Tulum, Mexico for a wellness retreat designed to support your mind, body, and spirit in equal measure. Whether your goal is to jump-start a healthier lifestyle or simply unwind in a beautiful setting, this six-day experience offers a balanced blend of movement, relaxation, and renewal.

This retreat includes guided meditation and mindfulness sessions created to support mental clarity and help reduce stress.

Morning Pages

Morning pages are a daily writing practice that helps clear mental clutter, strengthen self-awareness, and spark creativity. Writing each morning can support problem-solving, ease stress, and encourage greater emotional well-being.

Breathwork Pranayama

Breathwork and pranayama deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit through conscious breathing. These practices support relaxation, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of mindfulness.

Body

HIIT and Circuit Training

These dynamic classes combine high-intensity interval training with functional movement to boost cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and improve endurance while maximizing calorie burn.

Pilates

Pilates helps strengthen and tone the body by focusing on core stability, flexibility, and alignment. It also supports posture, muscle endurance, and injury prevention through precise, controlled movement.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow enhances flexibility, strength, and balance through fluid sequences linked with breath. It supports better posture, improves endurance, and contributes to overall physical wellness.

Yin Yoga

Dance Class

Exploring Tulum’s highlights adds a sense of wonder and connection to the journey. Visits include the Tulum Ruins, a refreshing cenote, and a jungle walk to a beautiful mangrove.
