Morning Pages

Morning pages are a daily writing practice that helps clear mental clutter, spark creativity, and deepen self-awareness. By putting thoughts on paper each morning, you can strengthen problem-solving skills, ease stress, and cultivate greater emotional well-being.

Breathwork Pranayama

Breathwork and pranayama are designed to strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection through intentional breathing. These practices encourage relaxation, support emotional balance, improve oxygen flow and energy, and foster mindfulness and self-awareness.

Body

HIIT and Circuit Training

These dynamic classes combine high-intensity interval training with functional movement to build strength, improve endurance, and boost cardiovascular fitness while maximizing calorie burn.

Pilates

Pilates supports core strength, flexibility, and alignment. It helps improve posture, increase muscle endurance, and encourage injury prevention through controlled, precise movement.

Vinyasa Flow

This flowing practice enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while supporting better posture and overall physical wellness through coordinated breath and movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deeply into connective tissues through long-held, passive poses, helping improve mobility, reduce tension, and support relaxation and recovery.

Dance Class

Nourishing Food

Exploring Tulum’s highlights adds a meaningful sense of wonder and connection. Visits include the Tulum Ruins, a refreshing cenote, and a jungle walk to a beautiful mangrove.

Mayan Clay Meditation
