This five-day journey brings together transformation, self-discovery, and plenty of memorable moments, all set in a peaceful environment designed to help you step away from the noise and return to yourself.
Through a simple yet powerful rhythm of yoga, workshops, shared experiences, and restorative downtime, you’ll have space to slow down, gain clarity, and feel more like yourself again.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already well established in your practice, you’ll be met exactly where you are. There is no pressure and no expectation — only a supportive setting that invites you to leave routine behind and move into something more intentional.
You’ll explore, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. And yes, you’ll have a genuinely good time along the way.
All activities are optional, so you’re free to join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Day 1 - Arrival: Check in anytime at Narasoma. Because of the long journey from Australia to Bali, an extra night on 20 July is included. Flights often arrive in the evening, followed by a two-hour transfer to Ubud by local taxi service, which we recommend. At Narasoma, you’ll settle into your room, rest well, and adjust to the local time.
Retreat Day 1: Set your own pace. Enjoy a meal at Narasoma, head into Ubud for some free time, or simply rest.
4:30pm: Welcoming Circle — meet your hosts and fellow travellers as the retreat begins, followed by gentle movement in comfortable clothing.
6:30pm: Dinner at Clear Cafe ($20 covered meal).
8:30pm: Evening Meditation.
Day 2: 8:00am Morning Yoga. 9:00am Breakfast at Narasoma. 10:00am Soul Cards with Natalie, a creative and intuitive session designed to help express your inner world. 11:00am Free time to relax or explore Ubud. 1:00pm Lunch at Garden Cafe, Yoga Barn ($15 covered meal). 2:00pm Free time. 4:30pm Yin Yoga, a deeply nourishing practice for all levels. 6:30pm Dinner at Cafe Wayan & Bakery ($20 covered meal). 8:30pm Storytelling evening.
Day 3: 8:00am Morning Yoga. 9:00am Breakfast at Narasoma. 11:00am–12:30pm Group Excursion to Pyramids of Chi (depart 10:15am), featuring a restorative sound healing experience. 1:00pm Lunch at The Pengkolan Warung, just a one-minute walk from Pyramids of Chi ($15 covered meal). 2:30pm Free time, then transport back to Narasoma. 4:30pm Yin Yoga. 6:30pm Dinner at Da Compound Restaurant ($20 covered meal). 8:00pm Early night.
Day 4: 8:00am Morning Yoga. 9:00am Breakfast at Narasoma. 10:00am–10:45am TaKeTiNa Taster with Athil. 11:00am–12:00pm The Funnest Workshop in the World with Athil Singh. 12:00pm Free time to relax and explore Ubud. 1:00pm Lunch at Narasoma. 2:00pm Free time. 4:30pm Free time with optional workshop. 6:30pm Dinner at Ibu Rai ($20 covered meal). 8:30pm Evening Yin Yoga (30 minutes).
Day 5: 8:00am Morning Yoga. 9:00am Breakfast at Narasoma — eat well, as lunch is later in the day. 11:45am Water Purification Ceremony Excursion. 3:15pm Lunch at Water Temple. 7:00pm Dinner at Narasoma ($20 covered meal), your celebration dinner. 8:00pm Evening stroll or foot massage.
Final Morning: 8:00am Morning Yoga. 8:45am Breakfast at Narasoma. 9:45am Closing Ceremony. 11:00am Check-out and final farewells.
Set within Ubud’s tropical sanctuary, the retreat offers a calm and inspiring setting with access to a tranquil yoga shala, pool area, tea house lounge, and workshop rooms within a traditional Balinese compound. Surrounded by rice terraces, sacred temples, and Bali’s rich cultural landscape, you’ll have the perfect backdrop for reflection, connection, and rest.
Beyond the scheduled program, there will be time to explore Ubud’s markets, artistic heritage, and vibrant energy. Each day combines yoga, workshops, nourishing vegetarian meals, and a few special excursions to round out the experience.
Accommodation: You’ll stay in serene tropical villas surrounded by lush greenery and open space. Rooms are twin-share, simple, and comfortable, with private bathrooms and a calm, grounded atmosphere. This is about creating the right environment to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Meals: Daily nourishing vegetarian meals are included and enjoyed at a curated selection of local cafés and restaurants. You’ll experience some of Bali’s best wholesome food spots, with fresh, seasonal dishes that support your energy and overall wellbeing.
