Do you feel called to go deeper into yoga and meditation, and to reconnect with your true nature in a sincere, grounded way? This retreat offers a space for exactly that: a return to source through daily practice, reflection, and connection with nature.
Each day is devoted to one of the elements, allowing you to explore how the qualities of earth, water, fire, air, and space are mirrored within you. In this way, the retreat gently reminds us that harmony, joy, and peace are not things we need to create from scratch, but qualities we can remember and live more fully.
Amaratva yoga is a certified Yoga Alliance school, offering yoga teacher trainings and continuing education programs. This retreat is designed especially for yoga teachers and more experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding without starting a full teacher training again. If you feel ready for more advanced and longer yoga practices, you are also welcome to join with less experience.
Deepening your yoga practice
By aligning your practice with the natural rhythms of the day, especially beginning at or just before first light, you can set a tone of openness, peace, and harmony for the day ahead. The yoga sessions emphasize breath, awareness, self-inquiry, and alignment of body, mind, and spirit, all guided by passionate and experienced teachers.
Pranayama is considered one of the most powerful practices in Hatha yoga. As the breath slows and awareness becomes more refined, the mind naturally settles, creating space for meditation. You will also explore powerful fire-breathing methods designed to awaken vitality and energize the body.

Experience stillness
Yoga and meditation are deeply connected, and during this retreat you will take part in several meditation sessions that guide you back to the source within. In a time of constant change, reconnecting with the steady background of being can be profoundly supportive. Different meditation techniques will be explored, and guidance will be offered to help you find the approach that suits you best.
Celebrate life through dance
Spiritual practice can also be joyful and expansive. Several sessions will invite you to experience freedom through movement, dance, and music.
Divine love through Bhakti yoga
Bhakti yoga is the path of devotion and pure love. Through mantra chanting, kirtan, and devotional songs, you will connect with healing vibrations and gather in community. Yoga is not a religion, but an invitation to experience the essence of love and unity in your own way.
Connecting with the elements
Each day includes time in nature for quiet reflection, meditation, and journaling in resonance with the element of the day. You will also be invited to create a mandala or sacred altar using natural offerings such as wood, seeds, flowers, grass, and stones, woven together with prayer and mindful action.
Ananda Forest offers several accommodation options in a space that is physically and energetically clean, peaceful, and uplifting. Guests also have access to the shared living area and gardens.
