2. Price

Check-in begins after 10:00 am on the first day, and check-out is by 10:00 am on the final day.

Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost, depending on room availability. Please contact the office to ask about extra days.

Accommodation Options

River Deluxe Cottage (Single Occupancy)

Designed according to permaculture principles, these rooms offer privacy and lovely views all around. The interiors are simple, with spacious 12 x 16 ft bedrooms, natural light, and airflow from two windows.

Included features:

• Spring mattress, pillows, quilts, blankets, and other bedding essentials
• Regularly changed bed sheets and towels
• Reading table and chair, wardrobe, and secure lockers
• Waste bin plus brooms, brushes, and cleaning supplies for self-cleaning
• Balcony facing the river with easy chairs and coffee tables
• Mosquito nets for all three windows
• Bathroom with western toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and more
• Solar hot water
• Small pantry area with sink and counter
• Toilet paper available at a nominal cost
• 24/7 power supply with voltage control and backup generator
• Universal plug points for charging any gadget
• Wi-Fi access at a nominal charge
• Laundry service with a modern washing machine at a nominal charge

Deluxe Rooms (Twin-Share)

These spacious twin-share rooms include two twin-size beds, a large wardrobe, desk, kitchenette, attached private bathroom, and a private terrace with beautiful nature views.

Twin-share rates for Ayurveda packages are available only for guests arriving with a partner.

Participant details include first name, last name, gender, age, email, phone, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, and passport country.

You will also be asked which passport you will travel on to India, emergency contact details, profession, diet and food allergies, other allergies, medical history, medical release consent, requested roommate, special requirements, past experience in yoga, meditation, and ayurveda, what you hope to gain from the retreat, and how you heard about the program.

5. Security Check

6. Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your place in the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future retreat if you notify the team at least 6 weeks before the start date. During Covid times, at least one week’s notice or a valid reason beyond your control is required. The deposit is included in the total cost shown at the top of the page.

An additional 4% charge applies for international credit/debit card processing and currency exchange fees. Bank transfers are not accepted. The balance may be paid in cash without additional fees, using the exchange rate from xe.com at the time of payment.

Discount codes must be approved by the admin.

Subtotal, taxes, donations, 10% deposit, and amount due now are shown during checkout. Payment details will be requested in the next step.

By submitting payment, you authorize AyurYoga Eco-Ashram to request charges from your card issuer in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
