GENERAL INFORMATION
We host weekly ceremonies led by experienced facilitators, with groups of 15 to 20 participants. Each deep session lasts approximately 5 to 6 hours and takes place at Maha Temple, located in La Pacha, Cusco, Peru. Please arrive at 5:00 p.m.; after the ceremony begins, you are welcome to remain in the temple until sunrise, held in an atmosphere of peace and reflection.
To register, complete the attached form and wait for a confirmation email with general instructions. Advance booking is essential. If your request arrives less than 24 hours before the ceremony, we cannot guarantee a space.
On the day of the ceremony, you will receive specific guidance to help you make the most of the experience.
CEREMONY PREPARATION
Before attending your Ayahuasca ceremony:
We recommend a light vegetarian lunch and reducing excess sugar, salt, and any spicy sauces to help prepare your body and receive the infusion in the best possible way.
Do not consume alcohol during the 48 hours before the ceremony.
Avoid meat and heavy foods for 24 hours prior to the event.
Have breakfast or an early lunch, and do NOT eat anything after 2:00 p.m.
Arrive wearing warm, comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle.
TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS
Destination: Maha Temple / La Pacha, San Salvador, Cusco.
From Cusco city center, the journey to Pisaq takes 40 minutes. You can travel by taxi for S/. 80 soles or by minivan from the Puputi stations for S/. 5 soles.
Once in Pisaq, head to the “Pisaq – San Salvador” bus terminal, before crossing the bridge toward central Pisaq. From there, take a minivan for 10 minutes at S/. 2 soles to the “La Pacha – Maha Temple” stop, just before the local Cosco Ayllu community, km 24. Minivans run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Please make sure you are there no later than 5:00 p.m. and enter directly through Maha Temple or the café right next to the temple, the last building on the property, about 200 meters from the main road.
