The Haramara Concept is built around four pillars:
Physical wellness
Emotional wellness
Intellectual wellness
Spiritual wellness
On this retreat, you’ll have the chance to experience each of these qualities in a deeply personal way. Rather than offering an escape from everyday life, this journey is designed to help you return to yourself while staying fully present. Haramara is a rare setting where nature becomes the main teacher. Set above the ocean and surrounded by jungle and sea air, it creates an immediate sense of calm that gently settles the nervous system. From the moment you arrive, something softens and opens.
What sets this retreat apart is the care behind its design. It is a thoughtfully held week that weaves together yoga, meaningful rest, and generous space for integration. You’ll move with intention, breathe with awareness, and have time to simply be—an experience many of us rarely allow ourselves. Haramara provides the container, and Lisa guides the journey. All you need to do is arrive as you are.

About the teacher:
Lisa Weber is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 200-hour level and has been teaching since 2009. Her teaching combines classical yoga and meditation with contemporary exercise science and fitness methods. Her classes offer a playful blend of dynamic vinyasa flow, alignment, core work, breathing techniques, and foundational poses. She invites students to explore the balance between ease and effort, strength and surrender in every sequence.
For Lisa, yoga is more than posture practice—it is a mindset practice that helps us move through the highs and lows of daily life. She believes yoga supports mental health and wellness, helping us navigate the complexity of the human experience. For her, joy is created in the body and carried through the body into life.
