The Haramara concept is built around four pillars: physical wellness, emotional wellness, intellectual wellness, and spiritual wellness. On this retreat, you’ll have the chance to experience each of them in a deeply personal way. Rather than offering an escape from everyday life, this week is designed to help you reconnect with yourself within it.
Set high above the ocean and surrounded by jungle and sea air, Haramara offers an atmosphere of natural stillness that gently calms the nervous system. From the moment you arrive, there is a sense of release. Nature does much of the teaching here, while Lisa holds the retreat space with intention and care. This is a thoughtfully paced week that weaves together yoga, restorative rest, and generous time for integration. You’ll move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and have space to simply be.

Lisa Weber is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level and has been teaching since 2009. Her approach blends classical yoga and meditation with contemporary exercise science and fitness methods. Her classes combine dynamic vinyasa flow, alignment, core work, breath techniques, and accessible entry-level poses. She invites students to explore the balance between ease and effort, strength and surrender in every sequence.
For Lisa, yoga is more than physical practice—it is a way of thinking and living that helps us move through life’s challenges with greater resilience. She sees yoga as supportive for mental health and overall wellness, and as a path that brings joy into the body and, through the body, into life.
