Autumn Samhain Foraging Retreat

As autumn settles in and Halloween draws near, join Rosie and Alexandra for a magical morning immersed in a private, ancient woodland. This special retreat invites you to slow down and connect with the season’s unique energy in a peaceful natural setting.

Guided by Rosie and Alexandra, you’ll be encouraged to move with intention through the trees, taking part in mindful nature bathing and a gentle meditation session designed to support presence, reflection, and a deeper sense of calm. The atmosphere is warm, grounding, and deeply connected to the turning of the season.

With the woodland as your backdrop, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to pause, breathe, and honour autumn in a meaningful way. It is a chance to step away from the pace of daily life and experience the stillness, beauty, and quiet magic of this auspicious time of year.
