Using Osho meditation techniques, we will explore the art of living and dying. This retreat invites participants to discover how to live with joy, celebration, love, and awareness, while also meeting death with surrender, acceptance, and mindfulness. Together, we will look at the nature of life and death, and the relationship between meditation and a conscious way of living and dying fully.

Knowing Death from the Inside

Meditation is the only way to know death from within. Until that experience arises, death is something we know only from the outside, through witnessing the passing of others, or the death of an animal or a plant.

Within a safe and supportive setting, we are guided to face the fear of death and to uncover trust — the trust that emerges when we remember who we are at the deepest level: immortal, undying consciousness.

When we are relaxed in this space of trust, we naturally create an atmosphere that helps others relax too. In times of profound transition, including death or bereavement, this is one of the most meaningful gifts we can offer one another.
