Returning to this favorite destination, the retreat offers a limited number of spaces and only one room left for a single, couple, or shared option. The full retreat and accommodation package includes 5 days of healing, with check-in one day before the retreat begins and check-out the day after. This year’s journey spans 5 nights and 6 days of healing, with 4 nights and 5 days of transformation and sacred activation also noted in the retreat details. The experience is designed to remain intimate, with only 12 to 14 participants, ensuring personal attention and a close sense of fellowship.
To reserve a place, interested guests must complete the intake form and join a Spiritual Dare to Dream call. This conversation helps determine whether the retreat is the right fit and allows the team to better understand each guest’s vision for healing. Placement is secured either through a full deposit or payment in full after the live call and meet-and-greet. The non-refundable deposit is $600.00 and holds the room and retreat program.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights. Direct flights from Orlando to Phoenix are recommended, and travelers will then need to rent a car or take a shuttle to Sedona, Arizona. Shared car options may be available, and arrangements can be made with other travelers who are open to sharing transportation. The full itinerary will be provided 20 days before arrival, once payment has been completed.
After the initial deposit, payments move to an automatic schedule and must be paid off 90 days before arrival. Payment records and receipts will be provided. Credit card payments made through PayPal include a service fee, and other payment options will be discussed during the live call.
Cancellation terms are strict due to the limited capacity. The deposit is non-refundable. If paid in full and cancellation is needed, a $150 admin fee is deducted, and 50% is refundable up to 6 months before the retreat. Any cancellation after April 17, 2026 is non-refundable. The same policy applies to all funds paid, less service fees, and all cancellations made less than 6 months before the retreat date are forfeited.
