ANATOMY OF TRAUMA

Join a powerful weekend immersion with Kali Basman, designed for those seeking a deeper understanding of the body, mind, and the lasting effects of trauma. This experience offers an opportunity to explore how trauma lives in the nervous system and how awareness, gentle inquiry, and embodied practice can support healing and greater resilience.

Over the course of the weekend, participants can expect an insightful and supportive atmosphere that encourages reflection, learning, and personal growth. With Kali Basman as your guide, the immersion creates space to connect with the body’s wisdom and to approach trauma with curiosity, compassion, and care.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and engage with a meaningful process that can open new pathways toward balance and well-being.
