Step into a holistic retreat where the gentle wisdom of Ananda Yoga meets the nourishing traditions of Ayurvedic cooking. In this balanced setting, breathwork and deeply restorative meditation practices help clear the mind, while nourishing, individually tailored meals support and revitalize the body. Surrounded by an atmosphere of deep relaxation, you are invited to experience how mindfulness and the joy of eating can complement one another in a meaningful way.
This retreat offers a supportive space to release old patterns, restore your energy, and reconnect with a lasting sense of inner peace. Each meal becomes a meditation, and every movement a step toward healing. Designed to help you return to your natural balance, the experience encourages a renewed sense of wellbeing and a deeper connection to yourself.

Step into a calm, restorative setting designed to help you leave everyday stress behind. These five inviting standard bedrooms offer a peaceful place to unwind, with each room accommodating two guests. The flexible layout includes two single beds that can be easily arranged as a comfortable double bed, allowing the space to adapt to different needs and travel styles.
A standout feature is the craftsmanship: the beds were made by a local carpenter from light, warm chestnut wood, with great care and precision. That natural character continues throughout the room, from the traditional wooden floors to the solid wood beds, creating an atmosphere that feels both beautiful and gentle to the touch. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto sweeping views of the green Cannobina Valley and welcome the fresh mountain air inside. Soft light, natural materials, and the quiet surroundings create an ideal environment for rest, regeneration, and mindfulness.
