Avalon brings the best of Ibiza, including Magic Mushrooms & San Pedro, to a holistic program for men's work. We guide you to become a better father, husband, lover, and brother – for & by men.

Your experience includes:
2 Magic Mushrooms ceremonies by Benjo Podlech, experienced with plant medicines since 2012, plus psychologist and coach.
San Pedro (Huachuma) hike ceremony by Benjo Podlech in Els Amunts natural area in north Ibiza.
3 Rapé ceremonies (dried tobacco powder) – clearing the mind and cleansing the body and energy field, used in combination with sacred medicines.
3 Integration workshops –combining diverse and creative methods, such as sharing circles, writing, art therapy, meditation, walks in the forest and ecstatic dance.
1 Temazcal (traditional sweat lodge) by Addali Galván.
1 Holotropic Breathwork session by Abel Jalal.
1 Ancestors fathers–sons ritual by Sudhir Seyboth. An initiation ritual to respect our fathers, honour their sacrifices, and finally reconcile with them.
1 Healing the masculine wound workshop by Nicolás Jaramillo.
3 Movement sessions.
3 Sauna sessions.
4 Meditation sessions.
9 Wholesome meals consisting of premium quality, certified organic and local ingredients by Abel Jalal and his team.

Ceremony in an exceptionally safe setting. Our ceremony team consists of 3 experienced sacred space guardians and musicians who follow many of the guidelines of the Enhancing Safety in Ayahuasca Sessions course by ICEERS Academy.
