




Set in the tranquil surroundings of Ubud, this 50-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training offers a strong foundation for anyone beginning their yoga path or looking to deepen their understanding of traditional Hatha practice. Surrounded by nature, the course is designed to support a meaningful and immersive learning experience.
This module includes asana practice with detailed study of each Sun Salutation, along with learning and practicing Led and Mysore style Ashtanga Primary Series. You will also explore how to build your own Vinyasa flow sequence and understand how these styles influence both body and mind.

Practice teaching begins on day one, starting with one-to-one guidance and progressing to larger groups.
You will be supervised and supported by senior teachers.
Hands-on adjustment workshops
In these sessions, you will learn the art of adjustment.
These meditation and pranayama classes are grounded in experience and are intended to support mental and physical healing. You will learn important pranayama techniques, a range of meditation practices, and mantra chanting.
These lessons expand your understanding of the physical body and show how asana, pranayama, and meditation can support wellbeing and be applied as yoga therapy. Topics include the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and digestive systems, as well as physiology.
At the end of your first week, you will experience the magic of Acro Yoga in a workshop designed especially for complete beginners. No prior experience is needed. The focus begins with the basics: balance, trust with partners, and enjoying the process together. Certified teachers guide each step to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
