Step into an immersive journey designed to deepen your practice and expand your understanding of yoga as a whole. This training offers unique tools to help you build a conscious, sustainable practice that can support you throughout life.
With three qualified teachers, each bringing a distinct style and background, you’ll experience a well-rounded perspective on yoga. This is a meaningful chance to broaden your view, because yoga is far more than physical postures.
During the 200h Hatha Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, you will develop the knowledge and confidence to grow into a professional yoga teacher and share your passion and understanding with future students. Guided by an experienced team of lead teachers, the program supports your path through body, mind, and spirit.
The course is all-inclusive, covering accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It also includes conscious eating as part of the experience.
Each teacher is a highly skilled yoga professional, offering both a human and technical approach to the tools of yoga. Students receive course fact sheets and a book for study, along with the most important books to begin their yoga journey.
As a certified RYS school, successful graduates are eligible to register as RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.
The training takes place in a nature-rich setting filled with tropical abundance, creating the ideal environment for inner connection and the study of yoga philosophy. Participants will also be offered a cacao ceremony using fruit from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a region blessed by nature and indigenous lands.
The full program spans 23 days. On the first day, participants arrive in Palomino, Colombia, followed by an opening ceremony and dinner in the evening. The final day is reserved for departure, with the graduation ceremony held the day before.
Each morning begins early, allowing you to wake with the calm of the surrounding nature. This gentle start supports early meditation and helps you feel grounded before the day unfolds.
Throughout the day, there are two breaks between classes, giving you time to rest and recharge. You may choose to relax on the beach, rent a bicycle to explore the area, take a short nap, or visit a café.
There is also the option to join a traditional Temazcal ceremony and/or a cacao ceremony. Please note that both are available for an additional fee. Adventure activities such as trekking, tubing, wildlife sightings, and more are also available.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet area of Palomino, about 100 meters from the beach. Modern in style, it offers spacious, fresh common areas and a garden, all created for relaxation and disconnection in close contact with nature. The property is operated sustainably in harmony with the environment and the local community. It is an ideal setting for meetings, retreats, and days of rest, with all the comforts of nature nearby.
Meals are included as part of the all-inclusive package, with breakfast, snacks, and dinner provided. Food options are vegan and vegetarian, and free drinking water and fruit for snacking are always available.
Daily timing is structured to support practice, study, rest, and integration throughout the training.
