300 HR Yoga Teacher Training

Sex, Death & Wealth

Each 100-hour module can be taken individually, or you can complete the full 300-hour journey and save when joining all three together.

Join us May 11–30, 2026 at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.

This training is offered as 3 x 100-hour modules, each one designed to gently reveal hidden truths and help you bring the teachings into both practice and everyday life.

The Yoga of Sex Module
Power, Pleasure, and Intimacy

This module approaches sexuality as a vital life force that influences identity, relationship, creativity, and power. Rather than treating sex as performance or belief, the work explores it as embodied experience. Through contemplative practice and somatic inquiry, you will examine how desire, shame, conditioning, and nervous system patterns shape expression. Grounded in classical yoga philosophy and tantric frameworks, the module creates a steady and ethical space for this exploration. The emphasis is on maturity, responsibility, and integration. The intention is not indulgence or transcendence, but right relationship with desire, boundaries, and vitality. Breath, movement, structured dialogue, and guided practice help insights land in the body so they can be lived, not simply idealized.

The Yoga of Death Module
Impermanence, Grief, and Letting Go

This module looks at endings as an unavoidable and formative part of being human. Rather than romanticizing death, it explores how loss, change, and impermanence shape identity, attachment, and resilience. Grief is treated as a physiological and relational process, not something to fix. Across cultures, ritual has long helped people process loss and stay connected through change. Historical and contemplative traditions are referenced not for imitation, but to understand how mortality has served as a teacher. Drawing from yogic philosophy, meditation, and somatic awareness, the module offers a grounded container for engaging death as both literal and symbolic. Through movement, breath, guided inquiry, and stillness, you will build the capacity to remain present with endings instead of avoiding or dramatizing them.

The Yoga of Wealth Module
Self-Worth, Money, and Value

This module examines your relationship to money, worth, and exchange. Rather than presenting wealth as ideology or fantasy, it explores how financial patterns are shaped by conditioning, family narratives, culture, and nervous system responses. Money becomes a lens for understanding security, visibility, ambition, generosity, and fear. Rooted in yogic philosophy and embodied practice, the module frames prosperity as participation in exchange rather than accumulation. Through reflection, movement, breath, and structured dialogue, you will look at the connection between self-worth and financial behavior. The focus is clarity, responsibility, and alignment between values and action. This is practical work that includes examining avoidance, undercharging, overgiving, comparison, and shame.

Join all three modules and save over $600 USD.

Daily Rhythm
Each morning begins in silence in the shala, opening with mantra, meditation, and structured self-inquiry. Stream-of-consciousness journaling sets the tone, followed by gentle movement to prepare the body for deeper practice. Morning sessions include yoga and somatic exploration supported by intentional music, with an emphasis on breath, rhythm, and internal sensation rather than performance. Midday brings Yoga Nidra for integration and nervous system regulation, allowing the body and mind to settle and absorb the material. Evenings move into slower movement, discussion, and reflection, where insight becomes personal rather than theoretical. Throughout the training, method, theory, and ethics are taught through direct experience first, then clarified intellectually, with the aim of integration rather than information gathering.

The Training
If you feel called toward greater honesty, aliveness, and freedom, this training meets that impulse directly. It works with three forces that shape every human life: sex, death, and wealth. These are explored not as abstract concepts, but as lived experiences that influence how you relate, create, grieve, earn, and belong. Each theme becomes a structured inquiry into embodiment, responsibility, and clarity.

Who This Training Is For
For teachers and guides, it supports your ability to hold conversations and practices that move beyond posture into the emotional, relational, and existential dimensions of life. For healers and change makers, it deepens your foundation through yoga, contemplative practice, and somatic awareness. For those in deep inquiry, it offers a direct encounter with inherited beliefs, relational patterns, and your relationship to power and vulnerability. Wherever you are on the path, the work begins in the body and nervous system, where change is integrated rather than performed.

What Makes This Training Different
This is not primarily an information-based course. It is practice-based and process-oriented, with an emphasis on integration over intensity.

What You Will Learn
Alongside sustained self-inquiry through the themes of sex, death, and wealth, this training strengthens your capacity to guide others through movement, stillness, and honest reflection with clarity and integrity. You will learn to guide:

  • Asana — Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa taught through rhythm, attentiveness, and responsiveness.
  • Somatics and embodied anatomy — cultivating sensitivity to internal sensation and moving from felt experience.
  • Meditation — guiding practices that develop attention, imagination, and subtle awareness.
  • Yoga Nidra — facilitating deep rest and integration with respect for nervous system physiology and contemplative tradition.
  • Breathwork — working skillfully with breath to support regulation, steadiness, and emotional range.
  • Journaling and inquiry — structuring reflection and dialogue that encourage honesty without force.
  • Holding space — designing and leading workshops and group experiences with ethical awareness and grounded facilitation.

This training draws from the roots of yoga alongside contemporary embodiment and nervous system understanding. You will complete the program with a Yoga Alliance-recognized certification and a practical, embodied foundation for teaching and facilitation.
