What kind of yoga do we teach?
We are dedicated to the traditional path of Hatha Yoga, honoring its essence and ancient wisdom. At times, in harmony with the rhythm of the class, we also gently include elements from the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, offering a broader experience of practice. Internal awareness and alignment remain central throughout. As you explore the asanas, you will not only learn to master the postures, but also to create your own sequences and share yoga with others. We also value subtle energy practices, pranayama, and meditation as gateways to deeper self-discovery and inner transformation.
How much emphasis is given to teaching methodology and practice?
The training is highly interactive and practical, with many opportunities to teach. You will take part in two practical exams, each followed by feedback from peers and tutors to support your development as a teacher.
Will I be able to teach after the course?
Absolutely. These programs are designed to help you reach your full potential, whether you are beginning your journey or already an experienced practitioner. We believe there is strong demand for well-trained yoga teachers, and we are here to support you in becoming one.
Who studies with us and why?
Our 200YTT courses warmly welcome everyone, regardless of age or level of practice. We invite those who are curious and passionate about exploring yoga, whether they are new to it or have practiced for years. Our classes are designed to deepen understanding and elevate practice. Many graduates have gone on to embrace a new direction in life with greater confidence and a renewed outlook on their abilities.
What is our approach and philosophy?
We are honest, open, generous, non-invasive, and compassionate. We see yoga as a long and colorful journey through life, and our instructors teach with soul, bringing personal insight and experience into every class. We respect different beliefs and perspectives, and we empower trainees with understanding, encouraging them to discover their own yoga style and practice.
