Yogini / Meditator / Co-founder of Ananda Forest + Director of Amaratva Yoga / Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500HR certified
Paulina began practicing yoga around 2003 as a physical discipline, but everything changed after her first 10-day silent retreat in 2011. Since then, yoga in all its dimensions has been central to her life and work. She has participated in and facilitated silent meditation retreats, yoga modules, teacher trainings, and workshops across Mexico and Europe almost continuously since 2003.
She lived, studied, and taught at Hridaya Yoga in Mexico for one year and in France for two years.
Deeply inspired by the transformative power of meditation and yoga, Paulina enjoys sharing the depth and light this path has brought into her life. What continues to inspire her is witnessing the peace and personal transformation it creates for people from all walks of life.
She has studied with many teachers, completed two 200-hour teacher trainings, and graduated from the 500-hour Hridaya Teacher Training Course in 2017. A teacher since 2012 and a lifelong student of life, she now lives at Ananda Forest in Órgiva, Spain, after years of traveling the world.
Yogi / Meditator / Kirtan lover / Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500HR certified
Flavien is a French seeker devoted to the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and creative expression. His path began in Peru, where he was deeply moved by the stillness of Hridaya Yoga. After years immersed in silent retreats, he strengthened his practice through teacher trainings in both Hatha and Hridaya Yoga.
Through the sacred practice of kirtan and bhajan, Flavien has deepened the bridge between stillness and expression. He shares this inspiration through online creative courses designed to help others unlock their potential. His mission is to bring presence into every aspect of life, using yoga and creative flow as gateways to deeper awareness.
