Begin each day with breathwork, mindfulness, and an energizing yoga practice. After your morning session, enjoy a fresh and nourishing breakfast. Every day includes holistic healing studies such as sound healing, Reiki, reflexology, Marma, Ayurvedic massage, Ayurveda cooking, and Kundalini Kriya Yoga. Meals are balanced vegetarian dishes prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. In your free time, you may relax, reflect, or explore the sacred banks of the Ganga River. You may also attend Ganga Aarti, visit Tapovan and Lakshman Jhula, swim in the river, or take part in local cultural events.
Note: Course materials are provided, and students are also encouraged to take personal notes during the training.
The program begins with three days of Sound Healing, followed by six days of Reiki mastery covering levels 1, 2, and 3. The next two days are dedicated to reflexology, and the following two days focus on Marma points. From there, the training moves into Ayurvedic massage, where you will learn how to perform a full-body Ayurveda massage while integrating Marma points. After that, you will spend three days on Kundalini Kriya Yoga, followed by a three-day Ayurveda cooking class.
This is more than a course — it is a transformative experience designed to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to grow into a certified holistic healer and practitioner.
Note: After this 21-day course, you will feel confident working in different areas of the wellness industry or beginning your own path.

Set in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in Northern India, along the sacred Ganga River, this is an ideal place to immerse yourself in ancient Indian knowledge and timeless spiritual science, where every practice becomes a mirror. Every meal is a meditation. Every silence, a teaching.
Sound Healing: A therapeutic practice that uses sound vibration from singing bowls, gongs, or other instruments to support deep healing, relaxation, and overall well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.
Marma points: Marma refers to vital points that hold life-force energy. These points connect with the body's energy channels and are included in traditional Ayurvedic massage to help support the flow of energy throughout the body.
Reiki Healing: Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that helps balance energy while encouraging relaxation and well-being. Practitioners use gentle touch or hover their hands to support the flow of universal life energy.
Ayurveda Lifestyle: Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system that supports holistic health through diet, herbal remedies, lifestyle, detox practices, and disciplines such as yoga and meditation to bring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Ayurvedic massage (Abhyanga): This massage practice draws on Ayurveda and uses warm medicinal oils, gentle touch, and Marma point stimulation to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
Ayurveda Food Cooking: Ayurveda food is a natural way of eating based on your body type, or dosha. It uses fresh, seasonal, easy-to-digest ingredients to help maintain balance, support digestion, strengthen immunity, calm the mind, and promote healthy living.
Foot Reflexology: Reflexology is based on the idea that the feet, hands, and ears contain points connected to different parts of the body. Pressure applied to these points can support overall well-being and works well as a complementary therapy to massage.
Kundalini Kriya Yoga: Kriya Yoga is a sequence of physical actions and breathing techniques, sometimes combined with mantra. Kundalini Kriya Yoga aims to awaken Kundalini energy through the central spinal energy channel, known as Sushumna, supporting vitality, mental clarity, balance, and awareness.
