This Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour teacher training in Maryville, TN, is a collaborative journey led by Kula, Seven Springs, Alchemy Yoga, and Yoga Mix. Set against the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains, the program blends in-person workshops, a 4-nights retreat, online content, and community connection . Over two months, participants will explore yoga philosophy, ceremony, energetic anatomy, and nature-based wisdom—culminating in a transformative, heart-centered experience. The training also includes lifetime access to video resources.

Meet your Facilitators
JAIA MCCLURE Guest Facilitator Jaia McClure, daughter of Appalachia, is the creator and visionary for her business, Sacred Arts. She has been a student, teacher, and practitioner on the path of Yoga since 1998. As well as teaching and embodying yoga over a 25 year span, Jaia has offered Integrative Energy Work through Holy Fire Reiki professionally for over 2 decades. Jaia is also a liscensed Sound Healer, and has been a performer and teacher of Sacred Dances for over 20 years. She has crafted an enrichment course “Pathway” to share ritual and ceremony through her many lineage practices. Jaia also hosts annual Sacred Arts Retreat in the gorgeous foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
JESSI TOWNESMITH Kula Facilitator Since a young age, Jessi has studied dance and creative movement. Since her first RYT200 in 2008, Jessi has led retreats and workshops throughout the US, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Bali, and Costa Rica. She completed her RYT500 Certification in 2012 and now leads teacher trainings in places she most enjoys to share. Jessi teaches a Vinyasa based practice to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to rhythm of the breath and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is grateful for the journey of yogic creativity and loves to share this movement of bliss with others along the way. Jessi, along with her husband Zach and her parents, created Seven Springs Retreat Center in her mountain home of East Tennessee. Inspired by retreat centers from around the world, Seven Springs provides a natural and holistic space for local and global communities to experience high quality holistic education in the United States. Retreats offered vary from yoga, massage, natural medicines and foods, creativity, social innovation, team-building, eco-building and permaculture.
KAYSEE COLLINS Guest Facilitator Kaysee is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Reiki Holy Fire Master, and the owner of Alchemy Flow Hot Yoga Studio in Maryville, TN. With certifications in Buti Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and a strong background in somatic healing modalities, Kaysee weaves together dynamic movement, stillness, and intuitive bodywork to help students connect deeply to their inner wisdom. Her teaching style is rooted in the belief that all answers reside within. Whether she’s leading a sweaty vinyasa, offering hands-on adjustments, or guiding clients through nervous system regulation and felt-sense awareness, Kaysee’s mission is clear: to empower individuals through embodied self-discovery.
AMANDA HATCHER Guest Facilitator With over two decades of experience in yoga, Amanda Hatcher is a trusted figure in the wellness community. She began her journey over 20 years ago and holds a 200-hour certification from the Asheville Yoga Center. Amanda's expertise extends beyond traditional yoga training; she has honed her skill in hands-on adjustments through extensive training with Philip Clift and holds certification in Thai Yoga Therapy Training with Kelly Scott. Before founding The Yoga Mix, Amanda taught yoga for 16 years at her local hometown gym and also led classes in Yoga and Kickboxing in the lower level of her husband's dojo. Her dedication to her students and passion for fostering community led her to establish The Yoga Mix, which quickly became a haven for practitioners seeking not just physical practice, but also connection and support.
