Description

Traditional Hatha / 30 Days / Yoga Alliance Certification

This one-month, 200-hour yoga teacher training in India is designed for dedicated yoga students who want to immerse themselves in the depth of traditional Hatha yoga in a शांत, supportive setting. The course balances practical training for future teachers with a strong foundation in pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy, helping students connect physical practice with spirituality and a more mindful way of living. It is equally valuable for those who plan to teach and for anyone seeking a meaningful personal transformation through yoga.

Style of Yoga?

The training centers on traditional Hatha yoga, with special attention to spinal alignment, joint safety, and the anatomy behind each asana. Rather than emphasizing fast-paced flow, the practice is built around stability, proper breathing, and individualized guidance. Chakras and the subtle energy body are also part of the learning process, allowing the asana practice to be adapted to different physical and mental needs instead of following a generic sequence.

Classes always include pranayama and yoga nidra. Compared with many modern yoga styles, this approach places greater value on steadiness, alignment at the eight major joints, and breath-supported endurance in postures. The course encourages a thoughtful, traditional method that respects both body mechanics and the deeper purpose of yoga.

Even if teaching is not your goal, the program offers a rich combination of practice and philosophy that can support clarity, inner balance, and a more grounded way of life.

Yoga Alliance Certification

Students are assessed throughout the course across five areas: self-practice, teaching skills, anatomy + ayurveda, philosophy + psychology of yoga, and spirituality of yoga. Morning sessions support personal practice and ensure students can confidently demonstrate the postures they will later teach. Teaching ability is evaluated through 12 supervised teaching sessions in small groups, and each trainee must teach at least two classes. There is also one written exam on anatomy and one on philosophy. If needed, individual support is provided to help students understand the material fully.

The school has been a Yoga Alliance registered school since 2010, and the 200-hour certificate is valid for RYT registration. In the final week, students receive guidance on registration, insurance, taxation, medical release forms, and the business side of teaching yoga.
