This 200-hour training offers a strong foundation in traditional yoga through Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa practices. Designed to help you build confidence in the essentials while developing your own teaching voice, the program is led by experienced instructors who guide you through each style with care and clarity.
Perfect for beginners
If you have never practiced yoga before, this 21-day training is a welcoming place to begin. It is ideal for those who feel unsure about which course to choose, as it covers the full scope of yoga, its philosophy, and a range of supportive workshops.
Comprehensive curriculum
Experience Bali
As part of the training, you will enjoy free excursions to some of Baliβs most meaningful and scenic places. These include a visit to a waterfall, a temple purification ritual, and a coffee plantation experience that introduces you to local culture.
You will also take part in Gebogan, a special Balinese ceremony where you create offerings and connect with local traditions in a hands-on way. These experiences are included to deepen your connection with Bali and its spiritual atmosphere.
Small group setting
Each training is limited to just 12 students, creating an intimate learning environment where teachers know your name, understand your journey, and can offer personal guidance throughout the course.
What the training includes
Vinyasa & Hatha yoga practice
These classes include in-depth asana practice, detailed study of Sun Salutations, led and Mysore-style Ashtanga Primary Series practice, and guidance on creating your own Vinyasa flow sequence. You will also explore how these styles influence both body and mind.
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga
Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, standing sequence postures, seated sequence postures, finishing sequence postures, Mysore style, and the use of yoga props.
Alignment and adjustment
These sessions focus on understanding asana more deeply, including safe entry and exit from postures, posture anatomy, benefits, alignment and modification, and the use of props. You will also begin teaching practice from day one, moving from one-to-one practice to larger groups under the supervision of senior teachers.
Yoga therapy & anatomy
These lessons expand your understanding of the physical body and how asana, pranayama, and meditation can support wellbeing. You will study the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, and digestive systems, along with physiology.
Mantra, meditation & pranayama
Experience-based meditation and pranayama classes are designed to support mental and physical healing. You will learn key breathing techniques, different meditation methods, and mantra chanting.
Hands-on teaching methodology & practice
These lessons cover how to lead a class effectively, work with different student levels, avoid injuries, use voice modulation, communicate clearly, sequence Vinyasa flows, build toward peak poses, and teach both small and large groups. You will also explore yoga business basics, marketing, studio setup, and community building.
Yoga philosophy
These sessions explore ancient scriptures and their relevance to a balanced lifestyle and wellbeing. Topics include the Bhagwat Geeta, Yoga Sutras, Upanishads, and Vedas.
Special workshops and experiences
At the end of the first week, join an Acro Yoga workshop for complete beginners. At the end of the second week, take part in an arm balancing workshop, including handstand techniques. On the second day of the third week, you will attend an Ayurveda introduction covering body type, healthy food, and daily habits.
Additional experiences include Holy Temple Purification, a Balinese spiritual ceremony, a Mandala workshop, an ice bath experience, a handstand workshop, sound healing, a Gebogan workshop, Acro Yoga, and beach yoga on the last day of the second week.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 200 Hour YTT suitable for pregnant women?
No. The training is intensive and includes Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, early mornings, and full days of practice, so it is not recommended during pregnancy.
Can beginners join?
Yes. This 200-hour training is designed to welcome beginners, and no previous yoga experience is required.
Is there free time?
Yes. The schedule includes one full day off each week, excursion and activities on Saturdays, a midday break, time after the final meditation session, and short breaks throughout the day.
Can I teach anywhere after completing the training?
Yes. You will receive a Yoga Alliance certified certificate upon completion.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 1-2 months ahead is recommended, as spaces are limited to 12 students per course. Early booking also qualifies for the early bird discount when registered at least one month before the start date.
What does a typical day look like?
The day begins at 6:15 AM and ends around 7:00 PM, with asana practice, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, pranayama, meditation, and three meals included.
