Set in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, this four-week training is designed for those who want to become a yoga teacher or deepen their practice for personal transformation. At Om Shanti Om Yoga Ashram, the course offers a supportive, homely environment where students can explore the full scope of the yogic path through academic study and daily practice.
Grounded in ancient yoga traditions and approved by Yoga Alliance, this 200-hour certification provides the knowledge and confidence needed to teach yoga correctly and professionally anywhere in the world. It is equally valuable for dedicated practitioners who want to understand yoga more deeply and bring its principles into everyday life.
Throughout the training, students receive both group and individual attention, with teachers available after class to answer questions and guide each step of the journey. The program is designed to create a holistic experience that encourages awareness, concentration, relaxation, and inner peace while integrating the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
