Set in Rishikesh, this fully residential Yoga Alliance registered school offers a peaceful environment for students of every level, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The training covers Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy, with a curriculum designed to meet international standards. On successful completion, students receive a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate, allowing them to register as RYT 200 or RYT 500 and teach yoga worldwide.
The course fee is all-inclusive and includes the full curriculum, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This foundational 21-day course introduces yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, while also exploring anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. It is an intensive program aligned with Yoga Alliance standards, and graduates are eligible to register as RYT 200.
