Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh is a registered Yoga Alliance school offering RYS 200, 300, and 500 programs. This fully residential Yoga Teacher Training in India is open to all levels, giving both beginners and experienced practitioners a शांत, focused environment to deepen their practice in an authentic ashram setting.
During the training, you will explore traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. The curriculum follows international standards, and upon successful completion you receive a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate. This qualifies you to register as RYT 200 or RYT 500, a globally recognized credential for teaching yoga worldwide.
The course fee is all-inclusive and covers the full curriculum, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This foundational 21-day course introduces yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, along with anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. It is an intensive program designed in line with Yoga Alliance standards, and graduates are eligible to register as RYT 200.
