Located in Rishikesh, Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram is a registered Yoga Alliance school offering RYS 200, 300, and 500 programs. This fully residential yoga teacher training in India is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, and offers a शांत, supportive environment to deepen your practice in an authentic ashram setting.

The training follows traditional Hatha yoga and includes pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. Designed to meet international standards, the course awards a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate upon completion. Graduates may register as RYT 200 or RYT 500, giving them a globally recognized qualification to teach yoga worldwide.

The residential fee is all-inclusive and covers the full curriculum, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This foundational 21-day course introduces yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, while also covering anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. It is an intensive program aligned with Yoga Alliance standards, and successful graduates can register as RYT 200.
