Set in Rishikesh, Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram is a registered Yoga Alliance school offering fully residential training for students at every stage of practice. Whether you are just beginning or already experienced, this ashram environment offers a calm and focused space to deepen your understanding of yoga.

The curriculum includes traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy, all taught to internationally recognized standards. On successful completion, students receive a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate, allowing them to register as RYT 200 or RYT 500 and teach yoga worldwide.

Your course fee is all-inclusive and covers the full training, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This foundational 21-day program is designed to build a strong base in yoga practice and teaching. You will study postures, breathwork, and meditation, alongside anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. The training follows Yoga Alliance standards, and graduates may register as RYT 200.
