Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram is a registered Yoga Alliance school in Rishikesh, offering a fully residential training experience for students of all levels. The program includes traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. Designed to meet international standards, the training leads to a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate upon completion. Graduates may register as RYT 200 or RYT 500, a recognized qualification to teach yoga worldwide.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This foundational 21-day course introduces yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation in a structured and intensive format. The syllabus also includes anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy, all aligned with Yoga Alliance standards. Successful graduates are eligible to register as RYT 200.
