Spend 10 days immersed in practice, connection, and personal growth alongside your teachers and fellow students in Thailand.
This hybrid Yoga Teacher Training combines online study with an in-person immersion, giving you a flexible way to complete your training. The online theory portion can be done before or after the 10-day on-site program in Koh Phangan, but both parts must be completed and officially verified before certification is issued.
To receive the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate at graduation, all online theory requirements must be fully completed and confirmed before the practical training begins. If the on-site training starts before the online certificate is complete, only the in-person training certificate will be awarded at the ceremony. Once both components are finished and verified, the full 200-Hour certificate will be sent by email.
Accommodation is included, with a choice of dorm, twin, or private room. You’ll also have access to resort facilities and a full training program throughout your stay.
Choose the 10 days that suit your schedule best for the in-person training in Koh Phangan. If your plans change, you can reschedule at no extra cost.
For a limited time, enjoy 20% off all summer batches with code ISLAND20 at checkout. This offer is valid through May 12.
Discover how to prepare, what to expect online and on Koh Phangan, and all the essential details for a smooth and inspiring training journey. A complete guide to the Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is available to download, and you can also book a call if you have questions.
The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. Still, it is recommended to have a basic foundation and a few months of consistent yoga practice before starting.
The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an advanced course for students who have already completed a 200-hour certification. While further personal practice and teaching experience are encouraged, they are not mandatory. According to Yoga Alliance standards, the only requirement is a completed 200-hour certification. A 200-hour and 300-hour training may be taken back-to-back if the student feels ready for the intensity of the journey. If you are considering this path, please connect with the team before booking to make sure it is the right fit.
The 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training combines both the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings and is designed for those deeply committed to a career in yoga with a well-developed personal practice.
To register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500, you need a 200YTT certificate from a Registered Yoga School, as there is no standalone RYT300 certification.
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment, which is required for Yoga Alliance certification.

The package price is per person. If you would like to bring a partner, a private room is required, along with an additional person fee for the 19/29 nights. Additional people or meals will incur extra charges.
If you book a shared room, any room arrangements are the responsibility of the students sharing the space. For more privacy and flexibility, a private room is recommended. Male students traveling alone must book a private room.
