This hybrid yoga teacher training blends online study with in-person immersion, offering a flexible path for those preparing for certification. The online theory component may be completed either before or after the 10-day on-site training in Koh Phangan, but both parts must be finished and officially verified before the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate can be issued.
If all online theory requirements are completed and confirmed before the practical training begins, the full certificate may be presented during the graduation ceremony. If the in-person training starts before the online component is completed, only the in-person training certificate will be awarded at graduation. Once both components are fully completed and verified, the full 200-Hour certificate will be sent by email.

The 200-hour yoga teacher training is open to all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. That said, it is recommended to have a basic foundation and a few months of consistent yoga practice before joining.
The 300-hour yoga teacher training is an advanced course for students who have already completed a 200-hour certification. While further personal practice and teaching experience are encouraged, they are not required. According to Yoga Alliance standards, the only prerequisite is a completed 200-hour certification. It is possible to take the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings back-to-back if you feel ready for the intensity of the path. If you are considering this route, please connect with the team before booking to make sure it is the right fit.
The 500-hour yoga teacher training combines both the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings and is designed for those deeply committed to a career in yoga with a well-developed personal practice.
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment. This is required for Yoga Alliance certification.

Depending on the location and program, 2 or 3 meals per day are included. Please check your chosen training details to see what is provided.
The package price is per person. If you would like a significant other to stay with you, a private room is required, along with an additional person fee for the 19/29 nights. They will also have access to the common resort facilities. Any extra person per night or per meal will incur an additional charge.
If you book a shared room, any arrangements between roommates are their own responsibility. The school does not intervene in personal matters. For greater convenience and flexibility, a private room is recommended if you have specific preferences.
Male students traveling alone are required to book a private room.
For hybrid course payment conditions, full payment is required to access the online component. A deposit only secures your accommodation spot for the in-person training. If you plan to complete the online part before arriving, full payment is strongly recommended at least 2 months before the training begins.
Refunds, rescheduling, store credits, and transfer conditions follow the stated cancellation and additional policies. Promotional discounts apply only within the specified period and cannot be carried over if rescheduling occurs.
