This training is open to students at different stages of their yoga journey. The 200-hour program is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, although a few months of steady practice and a basic foundation are recommended before joining. The 300-hour training is an advanced pathway for those who have already completed a 200-hour certification. While further personal practice and teaching experience are encouraged, they are not required. In line with Yoga Alliance standards, the only prerequisite for the 300-hour course is a completed 200-hour certification. It is possible to complete the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings back-to-back if you feel prepared for the intensity of the process; if you are considering this route, please connect with our team before booking.
The 500-hour option brings the 200-hour and 300-hour trainings together into one comprehensive program for dedicated students who are committed to a long-term path in yoga and already have a strong personal practice. To register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500, you will need a 200YTT certificate from a Registered Yoga School, as there is no standalone RYT300 certification.
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment, as required for Yoga Alliance certification. By completing your booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. House of Om is not responsible for certificates that cannot be issued due to non-compliance with this condition.
1. Program Structure: This hybrid yoga teacher training blends online study with in-person immersion for a flexible learning experience.
2. Online Component Flexibility: The online component may be completed either before or after the 10-day/14-day in-person immersion.
3. Certification Requirements: Completion of both the online and in-person components is required. Our team will verify completion before certification is issued.
4. Full Completion: The 200-hour/300-hour certification is issued only after both components have been successfully completed and confirmed by our team.
To receive the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate at graduation, all online theory requirements must be fully completed and officially confirmed before the in-person practical training begins. If the on-site training has already started and the online theory certificate has not yet been obtained, only the in-person training certificate will be issued at graduation. After the on-site training ends, you may continue the online theory component. Once both parts are completed and verified, the full 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certificate will be sent by email.
1. Program Structure: The 500-hour hybrid training combines the 200-hour and 300-hour hybrid trainings into one integrated program.
2. Prerequisite Completion: Participants must complete both the online and in-person components of the 200-hour hybrid YTT before starting the 300-hour portion.
3. 200-Hour Online Component Verification: Students must provide proof of completing the 200-hour online component at least two weeks before the 200-hour in-person immersion begins. Without this verification, the in-person training cannot start.
4. 300-Hour Online Component Access: The 300-hour online component may be completed during or after the 14-day in-person immersion. Access to the materials is provided on Day 1 of the 14-day immersion.
5. Certification Requirements: The 500-hour certificate is issued only after all required online and in-person components of both trainings have been completed and verified.
