We offer ancestral plant medicines designed to support deep healing and transformation.
A powerful Amazonian brew known for inducing expanded states of consciousness and supporting profound physical and emotional healing. It is often used in work related to depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
Sapo contains 5-MeO-DMT, also called the God Molecule. Its vapor can bring about deep ego dissolution, spiritual awakening, and a mystical experience often compared to Nirvana. In ceremonial use, it may inspire insight, emotional release, and a sense of unity.
San Pedro cactus, rich in mescaline, is a sacred Andean plant used for spiritual and physical healing. It encourages introspection, heart opening, and connection with nature, while supporting emotional healing, clarity, and unity.
As part of the retreat, shamans may prescribe specific plant treatments using locally sourced Amazonian master plants to help restore physical, emotional, or energetic balance. These may include plant emetics, vapor baths, and oral plant remedies.
Recently remodeled rooms in the Sacred Valley are designed in calming earth tones to encourage restful sleep and relaxation. Each room includes soft linens, plush down comforters, ensuite bathrooms, and functional closets with in-room safes. These peaceful spaces are thoughtfully created to support guests through deep transformational work, while offering the modern comforts needed during retreat life.
Meals are prepared with care at Kinua Conscious Kitchen using fresh, organic, farm-to-table ingredients. The menu blends local flavors with international inspiration, creating healthy and satisfying dishes that help energize, ground, and support your healing journey. Every meal is designed to complement the retreat experience in the Sacred Valley.
During free time, guests can enjoy memorable excursions that highlight the beauty and history of the region. Visit Machu Picchu, one of the world’s most extraordinary archaeological sites, or hike to the Maras Salt Mines for a day surrounded by striking landscapes and ancient ingenuity. These outings add cultural depth and natural beauty to the retreat experience.
The weekly program follows a carefully designed sequence of ancestral shamanic medicines and supportive spiritual practices, created to bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
